AN incredible way to wrap up the season, with the ultimate Eildon Easter Twilight Market, combined with the inaugural Boat Show and Shine, being a resounding success, drawing an estimated 5000 visitors.

The event marked the largest market ever hosted by Eildon Events, boasting a record number of food, beverage, artisan, and craft vendors.

The attractions catered to all ages, with younger visitors especially enjoying the free face painting station and the ‘Build Your Own Easter Bonnet’ craft stall.

The information stall about the iconic Golden Trout site was a major highlight, showcasing the vision for an exciting future for Eildon, captivating both locals and visitors alike.

Community groups added to the lively atmosphere, including the Lions Club with their 50th anniversary raffle, the traditional CFA wood raffle, the RSL sausage sizzle, and the Eildon Primary School’s bulbs and flowers fundraiser.

Live music brought the event to life, led by the talented Paul Ray Music Group featuring Maya O’Loughlin and Tilly Rose. The night concluded with an outstanding performance by The Herberts, whose 60s covers inspired dancing and created an electric atmosphere, elevating the event’s energy.

The Boat Show and Shine also proved to be a hit, showcasing an impressive variety of boats across categories like ski, wake, race, drag, hoon, and classic.

Cash prizes and giveaways were awarded, and the People’s Choice category provided a thrilling close to the event.
