THE 2024-2025 Goulburn Murray Region Bowls Pennant season will soon begin and the Alexandra Bowls Club opened the season with a practice match against Seymour VRI. President Greg Gilmore welcomed the VRI players and wished all players success in the year ahead.

Rink two: won 11 out of 21 ends David Nicklos, Andy Tobias, Scott Ferrier, Christine Mayfield. Rink three: won nine out of 21 ends. Ben Gilchrist, Anne Argent, Rob Roach, Marty Manning.

Rink four: Won nine out of 21 ends. Clive Murphy, Malcolm Gill, Trevor Stewart, Tex Hyland. Rink five: won 11 out of 21 ends John Blamey, Rose Livy, Anne Gunton and Christine Murphy. Rink six: won 10 out of the 21 ends, Doug Cooper, Rodd Petersen, Steve Kirby, Ian Franklin.
